We cater to working professionals and traveling families. We have a strict no party policy, with noise monitors, security cameras and smart locks for all units.
Co-Hosting
When we co-host your property, your revenue goals are our revenue goals. Professionally hosting short term rentals takes more work than TikTok makes it appear. We take the pressure off so you can sit back, relax and get paid.

Filling Vacancies
We operate on 2-3 year corporate leases. We will be your best tenants who are low maintenance, have your property professionally cleaned on a regular basis and take care of all minor maintenance.
What our ideal properties look like:
2 - 4 Bedroom, Single family homes
1-2 Large gathering spaces (family room, backyard, etc.)
Private, fenced backyard
Safe, quiet neighborhood
Centrally located to amenities, restaurants, freeways, etc.
Driveway, Garage, Carport or other free, off-street parking
Pool or Hot Tub is great but not required
Having solar panels is a plus! (definitely not required)
*Though this is our ideal, we're open to working with properties of every type.
